Vango grew from a family tool shop into a Qingdao engineering and manufacturing team. Drawing, tooling, trial, and inspection remain connected in the same workflow.

Our foundation
Vango started in 1998 with one wire-cut machine and a family background in machining and mold making. Today we operate our own CNC machining and mold design-and-manufacturing capability in Qingdao.
Those capabilities matter because product standards cannot be separated from how tooling and parts are actually made. We can discuss a requirement with the customer, machine a critical feature, build and trial the mold, and turn those lessons into drawings, process requirements, and inspection criteria.

Foundries, injection molders, glass factories, and rubber or silicone specialists run the processes they are equipped to control, using released tooling and requirements.
Vango aligns interfaces, standards, schedule, quality, and corrections across suppliers instead of leaving the customer to reconcile conflicting assumptions.
Working principles
The project scope identifies what Vango makes, what a specialist factory makes, the expected deliverables, and the tooling arrangement.
Critical dimensions, appearance limits, tests, samples, and inspection methods are agreed early enough to guide production and settle decisions objectively.
