Capabilities
CNC & molds in-house.
Production by material.
Start with the material and forming process. Add the surface finish only after the base part is defined.
Engineering core
CNC and mold making in-house
CNC Machining
In-house CNC turning, milling, grinding, boring, and 5-axis machining for aluminum, copper, and stainless steel parts.
Mold Making
In-house mold design, manufacturing, fitting, trials, corrections, and validation for standalone tooling or managed production.
What connects every route
One released standard.
Vango and the customer agree what the product must meet. Each factory receives the information required to run its process.

Choose material, then process
Metal
Machining and investment casting
CNC machining runs in-house. Copper and stainless steel lost-wax casting run through qualified specialist foundries managed by Vango.
Plastic
Injection-molded plastic parts
Vango develops and validates the mold, then manages molding to the released sample and QC criteria.
Glass
Pressed and blown glass products
Specialist glass factories run pressing and blowing to Vango-controlled product, tooling, finish, and inspection requirements.
Rubber & silicone
Compression molding and vulcanization
Vango controls the mold and approved standard; specialist factories run molding and vulcanization.
Final layer
Surface finishing comes after the base process.
Material compatibility, appearance, masking, interfaces, and the approved sample are defined before finishing is released.
