What you own.

Design work is quoted as a one-time, cost-price amount — enough to cover the engineering, not a profit line. Before we start, you get a written quote for the scope.

Your design fee credits fully toward your production order. Design is quoted at cost so that fee moves into the order; tooling belongs to whoever pays for it.

The rule is simple: whoever pays owns it. If you pay for the mold, the mold is yours. We build it, run it in production, and maintain it — and if the project ends, it's yours to move or store.

Ownership is stated in writing before any tooling money moves. No surprises, no held-hostage tooling.

If you decide not to proceed to production, the work you paid for is yours — drawings, engineering files, and tooling (where you paid for it). We don't hold your files or your property.

Costs already incurred for physical work — samples, materials, tooling steel — are not refundable, because that work has already been done and is yours to keep.

There is no single minimum order quantity. Different processes have different economic breakpoints — a 3D-printed prototype, an injection-molded part, and an assembled product are not the same. Send the target quantity and we'll explain the practical breakpoints before quoting.

We sign NDAs before reviewing sensitive files, and we use your drawings and data only to evaluate and deliver your project. If you have specific data-handling requirements, tell us up front.

One engineer stays on your project from first drawing to final shipment. Whatever the stage, you have a single accountable contact who can read the drawing — and a clear answer on what happens next.
