FAQ

What buyers
worry about first.

No sales spin. If something is a limitation, we say so.

Straight talk

Are you ISO certified?

Not yet. If ISO certification is mandatory for your supplier approval, tell us at the start and we will say honestly whether the project is a fit. For every accepted project, the inspection plan and acceptance criteria are agreed before production.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

Vango operates its own workshop in Qingdao. When a product needs a process outside that floor, we coordinate specialists from our local network and remain your single accountable partner.

What's your minimum order?

There is no single MOQ across every process. A 3D-printed prototype, an injection-molded part, and an assembled product have different economic minimums. Send the target quantity and we will explain the practical breakpoints before quoting.

Can you handle multi-process or fully custom work?

That is the model: one product may involve machining, molding, casting, finishing, and assembly across several materials. We confirm the feasible process route after reviewing the drawing; we do not say yes before we understand it.

How do you protect my IP?

Ask for an NDA before sending sensitive files and we will review it first. We use project files only to evaluate and deliver the requested work. If you have special access or data-handling requirements, include them in the inquiry.

How are you different from a big contract manufacturer?

You can enter at the stage you are actually in — drawing, prototype, sample, tooling, or production. The team is compact, engineering-led, and suited to founders and smaller hardware brands that need direct judgment rather than a large vendor bureaucracy.

What's the typical timeline?

We normally acknowledge a project review within one business day. The real lead time depends on material, process, tooling, quantity, and testing. You receive a project-specific schedule before paying, and an early warning if anything puts it at risk.

Do I have to use your full pipeline?

No. Start at the useful next step and stop when the scope is complete. If the project continues, the same partner can carry the context into the next stage without starting over.
