When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, company (optional), project stage, budget range (optional), a description of what you are building, and any files you choose to attach (drawings, CAD, PDFs, or images).

The form also captures basic attribution data — which page you came from and any UTM campaign parameters — so we can understand what brought you here. This is stored alongside your submission.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We use IP addresses for spam protection and rate limiting on the contact form.

If analytics is enabled in the future, Google Analytics may collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, approximate region, device type). Analytics is currently not enabled on this site.

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry, review your project, and prepare an honest assessment of feasibility, timeline, and cost. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Files you upload are reviewed only by the Vango team working on your project. If you need an NDA before sending sensitive files, say so — we are happy to sign one first.

To operate the site and deliver your inquiry, we rely on a small set of providers:

Vercel Inc. — website hosting and infrastructure (servers, logs, CDN).

Resend — transactional email delivery for contact-form submissions.

Feishu (Lark) — optional internal team notification when an inquiry arrives; only if enabled.

Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — only if enabled via environment configuration; currently not active.

WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us there, your conversation is subject to WhatsApp's privacy terms.

Each provider processes data only to provide the service, under their own privacy terms and data-processing agreements.

We keep inquiry records (including attached files) as long as needed to respond to you and, if we work together, to support your project. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove it unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

This site does not set tracking cookies by default. Analytics scripts (which may set cookies) are only loaded when explicitly configured, and are not active today.

You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to tell you exactly what we have. Email info@vango.tech and we will respond — usually within a few business days.
